Arguably the most important parts are the materials used and how the construction workers are treated. They’ll be given materials to build the building, and it is highly recommended from most people to use materials that result in a strong building, and that workers refrain from using stuff that may result in a “defect” in the building, like weaker walls, an uglier exterior/interior look or sometimes even things that causes injuries or perhaps, mental health problems for the workers and/or people who will use the building.
