Characters like Pennywise, Joker, Buffalo Bill ETC. are meant to be relatable characters for people on the lower end of the totem poal. These characters have dark auras but that’s mostly because they’ve been beaten down and torn apart by society.
Me personally? The Joker is one of the only characters i can resonate with. His personality is naturally positive and he’s filled to the brim with good intentions, his only downfall is society turned him evil.
