Im not sure where to begin, guess i start with the not so horny stuff. I added female models with sweaty skin and hairless skin for males with big dick. A mod which sets traps and equips BDSM restraints and all kinds of kinky shit (there are so many, including locked dildos) on your character which adds debuffs and buffs to your base gameplay. It makes the basic gameplay mechanics more difficult, tho it can be changed in the options.
There is a few ways to remove those devices, all of which requires effort or a lot of money.
A mod which makes your character hornier based on how long your char havent masturbated, havent had sex or how many and what kind of restraints she is wearing.
If the horny is too much she will “relieve herself” automatically on the spot and other mods can also make NPCs to notice how horny and vulnerable is she and take advantage of her.
NPCs can ask for sex or rape you or take you into sex slavery. If your char have a gag in her mouth then she is unable to say no and if she has too many restraints especially those which restricts movement will make her unable to fight back aggressors.
I also added a mod which gives even more debuffs for wearing devices, but as she wears it for a long time she can get used to it and removing the debuffs. However she can get used to it so much that once removed her deformed body is not used to not wearing those restraints and will give her debuffs until she is healed which takes a long time.
There were many horny quests and entire DLC worth of horny content for the above mentioned, light and heavy BDSM, slavery with surprisingly well scripted NPCs as masters, mods which adds so much horny flavours to other mods.
I didnt try these but i guess i could mention them: bestiality, gore, pregnancy, necrophilia and pretty much everything under the sun except pedophilia. Modders drew the line at that.
Skyrim at 150 horny mods is just reduced to a game engine which runs your horny fantasies.
